2027 Membership Dues & Billing & Renewal Changes

Beginning with the 2027 membership year, annual AZ GOLF membership dues will increase from $45 to $50. This is the Association's first dues increase since 2021 and will help support continued investment in member services, playing opportunities, Rules of Golf and course rating support, and programs that grow and strengthen the game throughout Arizona.

Pre-Payment Discontinued

Effective October 1, 2026, the pre-payment option will be discontinued.

New Members

New members added to your club roster will appear on your next month-end statement. Clubs may pay online via ACH or by mailing a check.

Managing Member Renewals

Club administrators can manage member renewals in the Golf Nations Roster using the Rollover setting.

  • Rollover OFF: The member will automatically become inactive on their Subscription End Date.
  • Rollover ON: The member will automatically renew for the next membership year. The club will be billed on the member's current Subscription End Date, and the member's Subscription End Date will automatically be extended for another year.

Important: Rollover settings are time-stamped on the evening of December 29. Any changes must be made by December 29. On the morning of December 31, members will either be automatically renewed and billed to the club or automatically inactivated based on their rollover status.

OJR Members

Members who renew and pay individually through Online Join & Renew (OJR) will have their Subscription End Date automatically updated once their payment has been successfully processed.
