How do I pay for my members' dues, so they don’t get inactivated at the end of the year?

Clubs are no longer required to prepay each member's dues, as the prepay discount has been discontinued.

Use the settings below to control whether each member is automatically inactivated or renewed at the end of their subscription year.

You can control your members' status in the Golf Nations Billing System by setting each member's Rollover status to OFF or ON by December 30 at 8:00 p.m.

OFF – The member is automatically inactivated on the morning of their Subscription End Date.

ON – The member will not be inactivated and will be Rolled Over to the next year. The club will be billed on December 31 at $45 per member.
