What's the difference between the USGA® Members Program and an AZ GOLF membership?

The USGA^® Members Program is a philanthropic donation to the USGA^®, and not a membership that entitles you to a GHIN Handicap Index^®.

To establish a Handicap Index^®, you must be a member of an AZ GOLF authorized club or other USGA Allied Golf Association golf club.
