How Can I Request A Refund For My Golf Membership Fees?
Eligibility for Refunds:

Identify the Membership Type:

- Determine whether your membership is with the USGA/Arizona GC or any other AZ GOLF-affiliated club.

For USGA/Arizona GC memberships:
- Email the USGA at gcsupport@usga.org
- Include your name and USGA GHIN Number in your request.
- Refunds are eligible in cancelled within 14 days of activation or renewal.

For ALL Other Arizona Clubs:
- AZ GOLF allows refunds up to 1 month from the date of activation or renewal.
- Please contact us with your name and GHIN Number in your request.
- AZ GOLF allows refunds up to 1 month from the date of activation or renewal.

Multi-Member Rebate Program:
- If you belong to more than one club in Arizona, you can apply for a rebate through the Multi-Member Rebate program.
- Complete the online rebate form available at AZ Golf Rebates.
