How Can I Request A Refund For My Golf Membership Fees?

Eligibility for Refunds:

  1. Identify the Membership Type:

      • Determine whether your membership is with the USGA/Arizona GC or any other AZ GOLF-affiliated club.
    • For USGA/Arizona GC memberships:

      • Email the USGA at gcsupport@usga.org
      • Include your name and USGA GHIN Number in your request.
        • Refunds are eligible in cancelled within 14 days of activation or renewal.
    • For ALL Other Arizona Clubs:

      • AZ GOLF allows refunds up to 1 month from the date of activation or renewal. 
        • Please contact us with your name and GHIN Number in your request. 
  2. Multi-Member Rebate Program:

    • If you belong to more than one club in Arizona, you can apply for a rebate through the Multi-Member Rebate program.
    • Complete the online rebate form available at AZ Golf Rebates.
