How do I cancel or withdraw my registration from an event, and will I get a refund?

Withdrawal Policy 

Players who withdraw before the close of registration will receive a 75% refund of the entry fee, for any reason.

Players who withdraw after the close of registration and more than 72 hours before the event will receive a 50% refund of the entry fee, for any reason.

Players who withdraw within 72 hours (3 days) of the first day of the event will not receive a refund.

To withdraw, players may:

  • Call the AZ Golf Withdrawal Line at (602) 888-7237 and leave a message (available anytime), or
  • Call the main line at (602) 944-3035 during normal business hours.

Please note that withdrawal requests must be received before the applicable deadline to qualify for a refund.
