How do I pay for my members' dues, so they don’t get inactivated at the end of the year?

Clubs are not required to prepay for each members dues as there is no longer a prepay discount.
You can control your members' status in the Golf Nations Billing System by setting each members Roll Over status to OFF or ON by December 30th at 8:00 p.m.

OFF – The member is automatically inactivated on the morning of their Subscription End Date.

ON – The member will not be inactivated and will be Rolled Over to the next year. The club will be billed in on December 31st at $45 per member.
