How do I report my State Medallion winners?

How do I register local qualifier winners for the State Medallion Tournament?

Register your local qualifier winners directly for the State Medallion Tournament. You do not need to report them separately to AZ GOLF. Registration opens October 28 and closes December 1. Contact AZ GOLF if you have questions about eligibility or deadlines.

Where do I complete the registration?

To register, follow these steps:

  1. Visit the Women's Events page on the AZ GOLF website.
  2. Select the Medallion Tournament listing.
  3. Complete the registration form with your local qualifier winners' information and submit.
