How Do I Nominate Someone for the Arizona Golf Hall of Fame?

The Arizona Golf Hall of Fame recognizes individuals who have made significant contributions to the game of golf in Arizona. Nominations are accepted on a rolling basis and reviewed annually.

How Do I Submit a Nomination?

To nominate someone, please provide:

  • The nominee's name
  • Biographical background
  • A summary of their contributions to golf in Arizona

Once you have gathered the information, Contact Us to submit your nomination.

How Are Inductees Selected?

The Selectors Committee reviews nominations annually through a formal screening process and presents its recommendations to the Arizona Golf Hall of Fame Voting Delegation.

The Voting Delegation includes representatives from:

  • Arizona Golf Association
  • Southwest Section PGA
  • Cactus & Pine Golf Course Superintendents Association
  • Greater Southwest Chapter - CMAA
  • Junior Golf Association of Arizona
  • Other stakeholders within the Arizona golf community

The Voting Delegation selects the annual honorees, typically by August. After nominees are contacted, an official announcement of the new inductees is generally published on or around September 1.
