How does a course get scheduled for a rating visit?

If your golf course wants to obtain a Course Rating™ and Slope Rating™, contact your local Allied Golf Association. Your facility does not need to have an authorized golf club for its course to be rated. If your course regularly hosts golfers who carry a Handicap Index®, it should be rated by your AGA.
