How long is my membership valid, and how do I know when it expires?
Your membership remains "Active" until its expiration date, after which it becomes "Inactive," preventing you from accessing your profile or posting scores.
You can verify your membership expiration date by logging in to your GHIN Mobile App or GHIN.com and viewing your profile.
USGA GHIN APP
- Log into your GHIN account via the USGA GHIN Mobile APP
- Select MORE (3 dots at bottom right of screen)
- Select MY PROFILE to view your Memberships
- End Date is listed for each membership
Calendar Year Clubs (Jan-Dec) – If a club operates on a calendar year, membership is valid until December 31. New memberships created between October 1 and December 31 will be valid through the end of the following December (up to 15 months).
Revolving Year Clubs (365 days from join) – If a club operates on a revolving year, membership is valid for 365 days from the member's join date.
To know if your club operates on a Calendar Year or Revolving Year, you can visit our Club Directory, look up a club, and look for where it displays the "Membership Year".
If your club uses AZ GOLF’s Online Join/Renew (OJR) program, you’ll receive renewal reminders starting 35 days before expiration and continuing at intervals until 21 days after your membership lapses. These reminders will stop once you renew or you contact us to let us know you will not be renewing.
- If your club does not use OJR, you should contact them directly for renewal details.
