How long is my membership valid, and how do I know when it expires?

To find your membership expiration date, log in to the GHIN Mobile App or GHIN.com and view your profile — the expiration date is listed beneath each active membership. Your membership remains "Active" until that date, after which it becomes "Inactive," preventing you from accessing your profile or posting scores.

  1. Log in to your account at GHIN.com.
  2. Navigate to your profile.
  3. Your membership expiration date is displayed beneath each active membership.

GHIN Mobile App

  1. Log in to your GHIN account via the GHIN Mobile App.
  2. Select More (3 dots at the bottom right of the screen).
  3. Select My Profile to view your memberships.
  4. The end date is listed for each membership.

How long is my membership valid?

Membership length depends on whether your club operates on a Calendar Year or Revolving Year cycle. To find out which applies to your club, visit the Club Directory, look up your club, and check the "Membership Year" field.

  • Calendar year clubs (Jan–Dec): Membership is valid until December 31. New memberships created between October 1 and December 31 are valid through the end of the following December (up to 15 months).
  • Revolving year clubs (365 days from join): Membership is valid for 365 days from the member's join date.

How will I be reminded to renew my membership?

If your club uses AZ GOLF’s Online Join/Renew (OJR) program, you’ll receive renewal reminders beginning several weeks before expiration and continuing at intervals for a period after your membership lapses — contact us for the current reminder schedule. Reminders stop once you renew or you contact AZ GOLF to confirm you will not be renewing. If your club does not use OJR, contact your club directly for renewal details.
