What do I do if my membership payment isn't going through?

If you're in our payment portal and are having trouble paying for your new or renewed membership, please follow these steps:

  • Double-check your payment details.
    • Make sure your billing address and postal code match what your bank has on file for the card you are using. 
      • You can contact your bank to confirm the billing address/postal code.
    • Make sure your CVV code is correct. 
    • If that isn't successful, try using a different card.
