What do I do if I am not getting the email verification code to join or renew my membership?

This article explains how to use "by cell phone" verification to join or renew your membership and to update your GHIN Digital Profile to include current contact details if necessary. 

Sometimes email verification codes are delayed due to several factors. In many cases the member's email service provide blocks delivery. If this is happening to you, you can try using the text message “By Cell Phone” verification method. To do so, you will need to include your cell phone number in your GHIN Digital Profile. To check or update your GHIN Digital Profile, follow these steps:

  1.  Log in to your GHIN account via the USGA GHIN Mobile APP
  2.  Select MORE (3 dots at bottom right of screen)
  3.  Select MY PROFILE to edit your contact information
  4.  Make the necessary changes and click on the SAVE CHANGES

  1.  Log in to your account
  2.  Select the down arrow next to your name in the upper right corner to access your profile
  3.  Select MY PROFILE to edit your contact information
  4.  Make the necessary changes and click on the SAVE CHANGES

Once you have verified that your cell phone number is included in your GHIN Digital Profile, wait 30 minutes to allow the updates to flow through to the AZ GOLF database, then try the online join renew verification once more and choose the "By Cell Phone" verification method and enter your 10-digit phone number in the space provided before clicking the button to send the code.
