What do I do if I am not receiving email communications from AZ GOLF, like the eRevision Newsletter, and how do I sign up?

There are several things that you can do to help improve email deliverability.

Please follow the below troubleshooting.  

1. Check your junk/spam folders for past emails from AZ GOLF. If you find one, move it to your inbox. This signals to your email service provider that you want to receive emails from AZ GOLF.

2. Add AZ GOLF to your email service provider contact address book. We utilize info@azgolf.org as our sender email address. This will also signal to your email service provider that you want emails from AZ GOLF.

3. If you did not find emails from AZ GOLF in your junk/spam folder, there may be other places to check for our emails. Some email service providers, like GMAIL, segment the inbox into three sections, Primary Inbox, Promotions Inbox, and Social Inbox. Be sure to check each of these inboxes for emails from AZ GOLF.

4. If you still have not located an email from AZ GOLF, contact AZ GOLF to have staff look at your email activity. If your email activity reports that the email has been delivered, your service provider is "Quarantining" emails from AZ GOLF and not delivering them to your inbox, but is reporting back to AZ GOLF that the email has been delivered.

To rectify the situation, you will need to contact your email service provider support team to ask them to add AZ GOLF to the "Allowlist." You will want to provide them with our domain, www.azgolf.org, and ask that it be added to the "Allowlist." You will also want to provide them with our sender IP addresses and ask that they be added to the "Allowlist."
