Resigning from your club membership will not automatically remove a handicap modification. According to the established procedures, any modification made to a golfer's Handicap Index will remain until it is either removed by the committee, expires, or until the golfer has posted a sufficient number of scores (20 scores in this case) for a complete refresh of their scoring record.
