When posting a hole-by-hole score, how do I indicate I did not play a hole in order to post a 10-17 hole score?

If posting hole-by-hole, you can simply not enter a score and leave the score entry box blank. As long as you have posted 9-hole scores to a rated 9-hole side, you will be able to post a score.
